Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who we are

This website is run by James Gallagher Ltd (company number 05987162), 56 Bolton Road, Kearsley, Bolton BL4 9BT. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, call 01204 795993 or email jgltd@live.co.uk.

Information you send us

When you use our call back or contact forms we receive your name, email address, phone number, postcode (contact form only) and the details you type in. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to provide any quotation or work you ask for. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Form enquiries are sent to us by email. For security, our website also keeps a short record of form submissions (the date, the type of form, the internet address it was sent from and the domain of the email address - not your message) to help us stop spam. These records are deleted automatically as new ones are added.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our video is only loaded from YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced mode) if you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies. Links to other websites, such as our profiles on the Federation of Master Builders, LinkedIn and Yell, are covered by those websites' own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how it has been handled.
